I have many memories of Eddie during his working life, my main one being of the working relationship he had with my father Colin. Colin, had a great relationship with Eddie and had immense respect for Eddie and his ability to mend things other people would throw away. He enjoyed visiting the yard after he retired to come and chat with Eddie and the team, they were always his first port of call. Thinking of all Family and Friends at this sad and difficult time.
